The stages of Childbirth

Stage 1: Labor The process of labor has three distinct phases which includes early labor, active labor and the transition. Each of these phase has a different feelings. Early labor. Labor usually begins with mild contractions ten minutes or more apart. At first you may wonder if this is the real thing, especially since contractions may come and go. You've gotten used to having some contractions before labor, it know to be the warm up contractions or the Braxton-Hicks. These early labor contractions are the process of thinning the cervix, the muscle that holds the uterus closed. This process may take time especially for the first time mother. You may want to call your OB during early labor, but most situations it's wise to stay home until contractions are well established. The most important thing mother can do during early labor is to rest. Calm your mind, relax and try to get some sleep. Eat lightly and remember to intake some fluids. Save you energy by now for the hard work

First Month of Pregnancy

Pregnancy brings happiness to the whole family especially when you're a first mom  or even a seasoned parents.  Your child development starts at these very moment, her physical attribute and functions. On it's fourth (4th) weeks, your little one in your womb has developed into an embryo, and now she's grow at about 1/4 inch long.  Forming into different layers that will later become your baby's organs and tissues such as baby's brain, backbone, spinal cord, nerves, skin, hair, nails, skeleton, muscles, heart, circulatory system, lungs, intestines, and urinary system. As early as four (4) weeks, it is important to ensure mother getting the essential nutrients for the baby's development. Important to have vitamins from A to Z and nutrients of Folate, Vitamin B12, Zinc, and GA + SA which are important for this stage. 

Recognizing tantrum trigger and coping with it

Tantrums is an emotional distress associated with toddler. I define toddlers as an adorable bundle of contradiction and a master of a mix feelings also know as tantrums. It is a normal part of child's development. The first few weeks of your newborn can be a huge adjustment. But as a newly experience parents, keeping your baby safe and healthy is easier than you might think. Lets start with the most basic on how to keep your newborn safe and healthy. Breast feeding If you can breast feed, then breast feed your baby no matter what, because with breast feeding you can pass as many as valuable nutrients and immunity to your baby that helps to protect them from disease. Although it's highly recommended to breast feed your baby, but their's a chance mother don't produce milk. If these is your case, don't worry their are many formula which are excellent substitute for breast milk. Bottle Feeding Theirs a many ways that you can bond to your baby when bottle feeding. Knowing if baby gotten enough milk in bottle feeding is never an issue. But mom in breast feeding often asking themselves a question like; How do I know if my newborn gets sufficient amount of milk? Is there any sign to determine newborn baby is full? The answer can be only see after the first month or two. You will now know from experience that your baby is getting enough milk. She will feel and look heavier. In the first few weeks it is not easy to tell if your baby is getting enough milk, especially if you are a first time mother. So as a first time parents like you, I do my homework, I ask experience mother. Here are some signs that your baby is getting enough milk in the first few weeks. Your baby will have wet diapers often, at-least four to five wet disposable diapers and more than two substantial bowel movements per day. Your baby reaching a new milestone of her life, she's now 6 months old and it's chow time. Feeding your baby with her first solid food is indeed exciting in your baby's eating development. But as a parents, you want a best first foods to feed your little one. So, what foods are recommended as the first solid food? How can I know if the baby is ready? How to just get started? No matter what it is, it should be super smooth and almost liquid like dripping off the spoon.  Base on my research, I made a list of solid food for babies 4 5 6 months old as; Cereals and Grains: Rice, Barley, and Oat Fruits: Banana, Avocado, Apricots, Apples, Bananas, Mangoes, Nectarines, Peaches, Pears, Plums, Prunes, and Pumpkin or Squash Vegetables: Sweet Potatoes, Acorn or Butternut Squash, Carrots, Green Beans, Peas, Yellow Squash or Zucchini, Parsnips, any green vegetables.
