What is the correct way to feed my newborn baby, it's position while feeding, and how it's look like. That's the first question comes to my mind after her birth. Also, because her mother was unable to produce a milk, in order to feed little Jane we decide to go with formula. 

I know to myself and I understand that I am not knowledgeable on infant feeding. So I ask the health workers and experienced parents the ways to feed an infant to avoid avoid untoward incidents. 

The Doctor Recommendation♡♡

The doctor told me that, keep your little one's head slightly elevated. Also, cradle the infant, or sit the baby up. She also reminded me to tilt the feeding bottle so the milk completely fills the nipple. This decreases the amount of air that your baby is likely to take in, lessening her chances of having painful gas.

After feeding, raise your child to your chest and wait till they expel excess milk and gas from their stomach also know as burp. 

On the second she also reminded that never feed your Jane without your full attention which according to her it tends to happen most of the time at night.

She also told a joke "if as an of now you can't drink your water laying flat, you baby Jane also cannot. But infant do not have the strength to tell you that they are choking,and having difficulty of breathing. Infant would only cough up, or worst stop breathing and die.

According to her doctor, the consequences of having a baby laying flat while feeding is infant lungs will filled up with milk and probably died from aspiration.
